I never got my package, and nobody reached out to me about its delivery. Now it’s been returned to the company, and I’m just waiting to hear back from them. :(

To be honest, I haven't put the parts in yet. However, the delivery was super quick.

Awesome business! I was on the hunt for some new screws for my drone, which they don’t actually sell on their site. However, after reaching out to one of their team members via email, they added the screws to my next order at no extra cost! Plus, the delivery was pretty quick. The only downside was that their response time was a bit sluggish, whether through email or on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

Last year, I got the Staaker drone and ran into some problems, but the support team was fantastic, so I felt compelled to give a 5-star rating. They went through a bit of a rough time with staff changes after being acquired, but now they’re super genuine and focused on customers. My drone issue got sorted out, and they were with me throughout the whole process. If they release a new drone, you can bet I’ll be buying from them again!

Dealing with the folks at Staaker has always been a breeze. Their shipping is super quick, and given how far the parts travel, I think the price is fair. I’m more than happy to keep doing business with Staaker.

I get that all these reviews are from the initial months, but what’s the deal a year down the line? This company totally brushes you off and doesn’t respond to your emails. I’ve got a drone that’s acting up, and there’s zero support for it. If they release a Staaker 2, you better be cautious with this company. They seem more interested in taking your cash and then ignoring customers after a while.

In the beginning, the drone performed really well, but then I encountered an issue where it was meant to head back to the launch point, and when I returned, it was completely missing. They honored the warranty and sent me a replacement, but the response time was pretty slow—around two months. Now, I've got the new one, and it's definitely a solid piece of equipment. It's a bit on the expensive side, especially since it lacks collision avoidance and a built-in camera, but hey, at least it's not made in China, and it zooms at a speedy 55mph. Perfect for motorsport activities.

I’m really into my Staaker Drone. It’s super user-friendly, tough, and when you team it up with the GoPro Hero 7, it’s like magic. The tech support is top-notch; they’re super professional and always there to assist with any problems or questions you might have.

I just got my Staaker last week and finally managed to take it for a test flight. I'm really pleased with the build and materials; it feels quite sturdy. I still need to explore some more modes and get fully acquainted with the tracker, but I’m feeling optimistic about this gadget meeting all my expectations, which is why I decided to buy it. The delivery from Norway to Boston took just 4 days, which I thought was impressive. So far, I’m definitely a fan!!!
P.S. I also ordered an extra set of propellers, but they were missing from my shipment. I reached out to customer service right away, and they sent the extra props in just 3 days, so they seem really attentive, which is super important to me!!! Thanks, Staaker...

Top-notch customer support! The folks are super friendly, a tad disorganized, but they really come through if you need help with a warranty. I had an issue with my drone, and they swapped it out for a brand new one, plus they threw in 6 extra props, a cap, and a fresh carrying case!

They get orders out quickly, but it kinda hinges on what’s in stock. They’re a small business with limited inventory, I reckon.
